Megan Pettyjohn, VP Community Programs

Megan joined the Junior League of Wilmington in 2017 when she was looking for ways to help her community. She saw what the League accomplished with Erin’s Law and decided she wanted to be apart of a group of women who were making real change. 

Much of her League time has been spent in the Community Impact Committee as a member, Chair, and now VP of Community Programs. She has also served as a Chair of the Collective Impact Committee, Provisional Chair, been a member of the Kitchen Tour and Whale of a Sale, and participated on the DEIB Working Group. 

Professionally, Megan is a Marketing Director in the scientific industry where she implements strategy, explores new technologies, and manages a team of marketers working towards lead generation, brand awareness, and industry leadership.  

In her spare time, she enjoys shooting on a pool team, playing kickball, riding her motorcycle, hiking, traveling with her husband, and spending time with her pets.
