Jess works in Marketing and Sales at Sepax Technologies, a biological separation company. Although the science industry is a new challenge, she has worked in Marketing for almost all of her career.
Jess currently serves as President-Elect for the Junior League of Wilmington. She also serves on the Issue-Based Community Impact and Diversity & Inclusion Task Forces. For most of her League career, Jess has focused on the Ways & Means council, and she also served one year as VP of Communications and Administration. Being the Fund Development Chair has been her favorite placement so far. The League has given her the confidence to try new things and she is excited to learn more about the other aspects of the League this year!
Jess grew up in a small rural Maryland town, attended Towson University and has lived in Delaware for over 9 years. She currently lives in Newark with her husband, Ben, and their cat, Dexter.
Traveling is one of her favorite things- Jess and her husband have a goal to visit every state (21 so far!) and attend a baseball game at every MLB stadium (12 so far!). Her guilty pleasures are wine and reality tv.
