Jess joined the Junior League of Wilmington in January 2015 when she was working from home and looking for a way to meet new people and volunteer.

For most of her League career, Jess has focused on the Ways & Means Council, something that was outside of her comfort level before joining the League, however something she ended up very passionate about! Jess has served on the Fund Development Committee twice, as Fund Development Chair, VP of Ways and Means, VP of Communications, as well as President-Elect, and as the President of the 2020-21 League year.

This year, she is taking on a role she previously held- VP of Communications and Administration. Jess is a Marketing and Sales Specialist at a local biotech company, so she is excited to use her professional expertise and take what she learned in her previous term to continue to grow and try new things!

Jess grew up in a small rural Maryland town, attended Towson University, and has lived in Delaware for over 11 years. She currently lives in Newark with her husband, Ben, and their cat, Dexter. Jess and Ben have a goal to visit every state (27 so far!) and attend a baseball game at every MLB stadium (14 so far).
