Chef Dan Butler is the Chef/Owner of Piccolina Toscana, Toscana To-Go, Toscana Catering, and Brandywine Prime.
Dan’s culinary start was during high school as a dishwasher for the Hotel DuPont, and later he was promoted to pantry cook. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in New York. In the early 1990s, he brought his skills back to his neighborhood of Trolley Square as Piccolina Toscana!
