High intensity interval training, or HIIT, is a training technique where you go “all-out” in short bursts, followed by periods of rest, and is proven to be the most effective way to keep the burn going long after your workout is done. You do not have to be a crossfit master and marathon runner to do this class; all abilities are welcome! 100% of the funds raised will go to the JLW. Cost is $20.
