President-Elect & Membership VP

A Baltimore native, Merrie joined the Junior League of Wilmington in Fall 2020 hoping to connect with the Wilmington community and make a positive impact in Delaware. Her experiences have provided that and much more! League roles include PPA Chair, Board Secretary, New Member Chair, VP Membership, and President-Elect.

Merrie wears many hats as a marketer, working in the corporate events industry and as a private consultant for small businesses. She specializes in brand strategy, event planning, digital marketing, web design, and graphic design. Prior to joining the JLW, she served as President of Mercy High School, Baltimore’s Alumnae Executive Board and Alumnae Association. She is passionate about education and equity-focused community service.

Merrie resides in the Wilmington suburbs with her husband with whom she shares a passion for travel, nature, and live music.
