Meet Baker Evangelina:
Evangelina Guajardo is a Delaware native who began baking in 2005. She has been vegan since 1999. Baking was always a hobby, but in 2015 she turned it into a full time career by starting her own baking business from her church kitchen, which became the first fully vegan bakery in Delaware.
The first five years of her business has been direct orders to customers and wholesale deliveries to local cafes before finally opening her own storefront in January of 2020.
Evangelina also teaches baking classes and is working on a vegan baking e-book. Evangelina is also a musician, a martial artist, and a proud mother.
