At the Junior League of Wilmington (JLW), you’ll find a community of women who are dedicated to creating lasting change through voluntarism, leadership, and service. Whether you’ve just moved to the area or have lived here your whole life, we invite you to join us in our mission of building better communities.

Since 1918, women like you—women with heart, drive, and a desire to lead—have found their place in the Junior League. Our organization welcomes women of all ages, backgrounds, and life stages who want to give back and grow personally and professionally. Through your membership, you’ll not only help strengthen our community, but also receive valuable leadership training and have opportunities to build lifelong friendships with like-minded women.

We’re proud to be part of the Association of Junior Leagues International (AJLI), a global network of more than 125,000 women across nearly 300 Leagues. As a Member of JLW, you’ll have access to a wealth of local and international resources, trainings, and events designed to help you grow your impact and leadership potential.
