Krista Kondravy

Krista Kondravy, Treasurer

Krista Kondravy, CPDC

Krista joined the Junior League in 2019 to follow her passions of both supporting women’s development and giving back to local communities in a meaningful way.  Although she currently lives in southern New Jersey, Krista joined the Wilmington league due to its intimate size that allows members to truly build connections and make an impact.  During her time in the League, Krista has served on the Communications council, on the Board as assistant treasurer, and participated in the Diversity and Inclusion taskforce.

As a mother of two daughters, the mission of the Junior League and notion of women’s development is very personal for Krista.   She is a strong advocate of women helping women and has a long history of mentoring, coaching and sponsoring others in their professional and personal development.  She is a certified life and leadership coach and a student of mindfulness, both of which she enjoys sharing to help other women achieve their fullest potential.    Professionally, Krista’s background is in retail and foodservice operations. For the past 15 years she has worked at Starbucks, where she is currently a vice president of operations, leading a dispersed team of business consultants in supporting the licensed stores across the northern tier of the US.

Krista is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College with a BA in sociology.  She lives in Mullica Hill, New Jersey with her husband Brian, daughters Kelyn and Erin, and several pets.   Together they enjoy traveling, live music, and discovering good wines.
