Kyle Evans Gay, Esq.

Kyle is an attorney at the law firm of Connolly Gallagher LLP in Wilmington.  Her practice focuses on commercial litigation and government law.  Prior to entering private practice, Kyle served as a law clerk in the Delaware Superior Court and worked at the Delaware Department of Justice as a law clerk and a Deputy Attorney General in the Appeals Division.  She is active in the Delaware State Bar Association, and she volunteers with the Office of the Child Advocate and the District of Delaware Federal Civil Panel.

Kyle is a dedicated community volunteer and is active in many boards and organizations including the Delaware Board of Bar Examiners, the Delaware Bar Foundation, and the Fund for Women.  In 2018, Governor John Carney appointed Kyle to Delaware’s Public Integrity Commission, which administers and implements Delaware ethics and financial disclosure laws.  Kyle also serves as the President of Spur Impact Association, a Wilmington-based nonprofit focused on connecting young professionals and inspiring them to get involved and make an impact in their career and community.

Kyle is the proud President of the Junior League of Wilmington and believes strongly in the League’s mission to train women to be forces of change in Wilmington and beyond.  Through the Junior League, Kyle has had the opportunity to learn and grow as a leader, and to work with and learn from amazing women who share her passion for our city.  She lives in Wilmington, Delaware with her husband and two daughters.
